The course is the same as the normal 1.2km swim course at Point Roadknight Beach in Anglesea and will be the final wave of the 2024 Burson Rock2Ramp Ocean Swim.

There is a total prize pool of $1000 with both the male and female place getters receiving the following:
-
First Prize - $300
-
Second Prize - $150
-
Third Prize - $50

Should there be a tie - the prize pool for that place will be split equally amongst those that tied.

For those who chose to enter the 1.2km Open Dash for Cash and another swim category on the day must ensure that you can complete the earlier swim first and allow enough time to get back to the start line for the open event. We will not be holding up events to wait for people. There will be no refunds provided on the day.

Swim Information:

Marshalling:
Marshalling will occur just to the ramp side of the start line. Please ensure that you are near the start line at least 15 minutes prior to your race start time. Swimmers will be grouped according to the colour of their official Rock2Ramp Swim cap. Please assist race officials by wearing your swim cap in the marshalling area and listening to instructions.

The Start:
At the direction of the Race officials, swim groups will enter the starting area. You will then be marshalled on the start line. You will receive a final briefing of the course and a 'gun or whistle' start at the race time will be used.

The Course:
Carefully read the map of the course. You must pass through the two green buoys and then pass to the left of all yellow buoys, and between two final red buoys to the finish line.

The Finish:
As soon as you have crossed under the finish line structure, please proceed quickly up the beach to the right to clear the way for other finishers.
