Swimmers will be grouped according to the colour of their official Rock2Ramp Swim cap. Please assist race officials by wearing your swim cap in the marshalling area and listening to instructions. 10-12 year olds will go first.

The Start:

At the direction of the Race officials you will then be marshalled on the start line.

The 200m course involves swimming around two buoys, with swimmers to swim on the left hand side of the buoys.

The 300m course involves swimming around three buoys, with swimmers to swim on the left hand side of the buoys.

The Finish:

As soon as you have crossed under the finish line proceed quickly up the beach to clear the way for other finishers.

Safety:

The Anglesea SLSC provides the highest level of water safety per capita of all the swims in the area. Water Safety consists of Inflatable Rescue Boats and Rescue Boards, all manned by competent Surf Lifesavers together with a Medical Team on land. If you feel you cannot go on, wave your hand over your head and you will be assisted immediately.
